TechKool FT 3540 Specifically developed for difficult automotive grade aluminum alloy machining applications. The product has a balanced lubricity, EP, and biocide package for use in a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous machining operations to produce good part finish and prolonged tool life. This product combines excellent rust protection with low foaming characteristics and long sump life. It’s excellent emulsion stability allows the fluid to be used in water conditions from DI to Hard Water without instability.  TechKool FT 3540 will stop sump odors, give you exceptionally long sump life and a clean, comfortable, safe work environment for machine operators.
TechKool FT 3540 is chlorine and sulfur free.

Health & Safety

TechKool FT 3540 is available at our Brighton, Michigan facility in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and 330 gallon totes.

Storage And Handling: See Safety Data Sheet Before Use. Use at room temperature. Store at temperatures between 45°- 90°F. Do not expose to extreme high temperature due to container rupture. Do not pressurize drum or reuse empty container. Follow all safety regulations on label.

Mix / application & Use

Always add TechKool FT 3540 concentrate to the water and stir until uniformly mixed. Use premixed coolant as makeup to maintain performance. The makeup selected should balance the water evaporation rate with the coolant carryout rate. A qualified Fortech representative will work with your team to help achieve the most beneficial charge and makeup concentrations for your operation.
